The sachets from Doppelherz system contribute to normal muscle function with 400 mg magnesium in citrate form and to the normal function of the nervous system with vitamin B6.

In the case of an unbalanced diet or an increased need for nutrients, the diet can be specifically supplemented with Doppelherz system Magnesium 400 citrate.

Ingredients:
magnesium citrate, acidifier citric acid, bulking agent isomalt, acidity regulator sodium bicarbonate, flavoring, maltodextrin, sweeteners sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin,
beetroot juice powder, L-ascorbic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride, coloring riboflavin-5'-phosphate

Recommended dosage:
Dissolve 1 sachet in 1 glass of water (approx. 200 ml) and drink once a day.

It is recommended to take it if there is an increased need for magnesium due to physical exertion (e.g. sport) and if there is an unbalanced diet at the same time.

If you only have a low-magnesium diet, it is advisable to dissolve the contents of ½ a sachet in approx. 100 ml of water and drink it every day.

Large amounts of magnesium can have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
