I love this broom dustpan Set,but the lip of the dustpan curves up,Can i get replacement from seller?
Customer Voice I almost returned this, but I'm glad I did not. The plastic in the dust pan is somewhat flexible. Pushing down to ensure a solid connection with the ground actually causes the dust pan to curve. Then, sweeping into the pan actually pushes dirt under the pan. Don't push down on the dust pan handle and it works. So no need to push down the dustpan handle
Does the broom handle extend? does the broom could clip to the dustpan which showed on photos?
No, The handle is not extendable. It is already 40.5" tall. But if you still feel it is not tall enough ,contact us to get the extension pole separately. Broom can clip on the dustpan easily. very sturdy and durable broom set
i bought another only 40.5", a bit short,but seller sent me the extension pole, Guess this one should be ok?
yes,with the extra pole, you can make the height to comfortable position.
