• Ends squinting and guessing when cutting spokes to length.

• Enables confident production of lengths with accuracy of  /- 0.1mm.

• Reads to 0.01mm, remembers its calibration indefinitely, turns off after each use, and turns on with any movement of the scale.

• The analog/manual scale is 100% unaffected, still available.

Why 

The Morizumi Spoke Machine can cut spokes with accuracy of better than /- 0.1mm. This benefits builders as extremely consistent spokes make for faster, better builds.

Our DRO permits more control over nipple engagement. Well designed wheels benefit from an optimized spoke-nipple interface. Making spokes in fractional lengths is a builder's super power. Very important forces and load cycles occur in the tiny area of a spoke nipple. Why use whole millimeter spoke lengths when a more precise length is known to be better?

Our outrigger digital scale fits all SCT machine cutting scales with magnifier lens (2017 ). Installation is a 5 minute procedure.

Included:

• Precision, certified DRO indicator and scale, runs on 2032 Li-on battery.
• Upper L-bracket (6061, black anodized) connecting the indicator and the analog hangar.
• Lower straight bracket (6061, black anodized) connecting the SCT cutter body and the DRO scale base.
• Grade 8 metric screws (10) to join all pieces.
• Spare battery.
• Install and use instructions.
